 Awarding Medal “For a Cause of Culture, Sports and Tourism” for Ambassador of Hungary to Viet Nam

 (TITC) – On 17 Mar. 2015, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a ceremony to award Medal “For a Cause of Culture, Sports and Tourism” for H.E. Dr. Torda Eszter - Ambassador of Hungary to Viet Nam for her contribution to strengthen cooperation relationship between Viet Nam and Hungary in the field of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
 
Speaking at the ceremony, Ambassador Torda Eszter expressed her great honor receiving the medal. During her term in Viet Nam, she has been trying to promote the image of Viet Nam in Hungary through artistic performances, exhibitions, sports… Highly appreciating role and position of Viet Nam in Southeast Asia and the world, she suggested the two countries should continue to strengthen cultural exchanges and cooperation in all fields.
 
On behalf of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Minister Hoang Tuan Anh also expressed his warm congratulations and appreciated her contribution to the development of Viet Nam and Hungary. He hoped the Ambassador will continue to promote close Vietnamese and Hungarian relationship in the future.
 
This year, Viet Nam and Hungary celebrate the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations (1950 – 2015).
