We enjoyed our holiday, everything met our expectations. But our highlight was the people of Vietnam, so welcoming and ready to help when needed.
The tours were great, from Halong Bay in the ship/tours no time to be bored, and Sapa with our private tour guide Maya was amazing she went beyond to accommodate us with our children and certainly bond friendship with us and our children.
The accommodations everywhere were nice and clean.
The food everywhere was delicious and in abundance.

Have just returned from doing this holiday with Lucy VN Discovery Tours, and also did the Trekking at SAPA ,,,,,for a start, Lucy, has to be the best Tour organiser and I was for ever amazed at the quality of the hotels which improved with each stop. Yes, it's rush, rush trying to put everything in in, do short a time BUT,,,worth every cent,,,,People friendly and helpful, beer and eating ridiculously cheap,best time of year is September as its humid at the moment....but still worth the trip. Five star holiday at a fantastic price.

Xin Chao, we are back safely in Kuala Lumpur & Singapore.
We (everybody) enjoyed the trip very2 much and like to say "Cam On" to everyone in VN DISCOVERY TOURS who made everything smooth.
We give high recommendation to Mr Neu of V’Spirit cruise.
Although he spend only 2days with us (Halong-Bay),
He was very2 knowledgeable and smilely.
We liked him a lot because he made us feel like "friends".
We liked King Express (Good) >Ratraco>>Tulico (Not so good) overall.
We really liked Bac Ha and Topas (Highly recommended) in Sapa. We loved the hiking a lot.
Authentic Hanoi was good as the location was convenient.
Everybody went to the supermarket to shop Vietnamese products and we had to increase the baggage weight home.
The Street Food we had throughout the trip was really fantastic although eating in Vietnam is quite expensive. (Compared to USD1.5/noodle meal)
Xoi Yen, Mien Luon, Ca Cha La Vuong, Pho and coffee was fantastic….and many more
We thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts for giving us very fond memories of Vietnamese culture and people,

For Sapa tour:
I thought this trip was a good trip, the car was good, the pickup was good, tour guide very good. The tour was good. If I’m honest the first day was really only a half day 9.30 am to 12.30 pm, so it was a bit short when we thought it was going to be whole day and the trip through the park could have been self guided, but it was a nice start. The meals were good, basic, but appetizing. My only thing was that I thought the meals were going to be at the hotel, so I think that should be made clearer in the future. They were a basic level of catering, fine for us, but some client’s might have had higher expectations when the tour was described as luxury. The second and third days were good and we got to see a lot of the landscape. It was a bit worrying when we didn’t have any train tickets etc for this tour, but the arrangements were made very smoothly including the extra transfer to the airport on the last day when we got back to Hanoi.
+. How about your Halong Bay tour ?– really good – we did get an upgrade to the AUCO boat – this was a lovely boat, can’t really fault it. The food and service was excellent.

Just wanted to thank you for your services throughout these months! The tour (13th-20th December 2013) was fantastic!
Bella Vita Hotel is great (though abit far from Old Quarter but the food around there is excellent!), King Express Train ride was good! V'Spirit Cruise was good as well!
Special mentioned to Sapa Unique Hotel as i feel the stay and the hotel view was excellent, Bosses were very accommodating, the food they provided is fantastic as well.
A pity that we did not get to meet you as I will wish to thank you personally for helping us out with the postponement of our trip and also to provide us with an alternative vouchers for our insurance claim.
We have a wonderful time in Hanoi-Halong Bay-Sapa. We will definitely go back to Vietnam next time. Probably to Ho Chih Minh, Danang, Hue and other places in Vietnam! Looking forward till then and book the tour through your company again!!

I can start to tell about Sapa Tour, that was a really great and exciting trip. We love the nature in Sapa and activity you had arranged. Hotel was great, so I can not complain anything there except one small thing. That was our trip the last day, we was so unlucky with the weather because of a lot of rain. In short, We were really satisfied with the service:)
Ha Long Bay tour:
Amazing view. Honestly, the weather was not as we expected the whole trip, but that is nothing anyone can do something with:) But yeah, the room on the boat was beautiful. When we talk about Cat Ba Island, the hotel was one of the best we have been to in Vietnam. The breakfast was so good and room was big. When we check in, the receptionist planned to give us a smaller standard room, but after I told her that this was not what we order (in program you wrote luxury room), she change it to another bigger room. I dont know if this was the correct one, but it was good enough for 1 day:)
There was a lot of experience and we loved to travel this way. We dont regret at all that we booked with you, and we will contact you again if we gonna book more trip in Vietnam :)

I would like to thank you for arranging our tour for us, and for all the extra work involved in arranging tours suitable for my 80 year old mother. The trip was very well organized - everything went to plan, including the hotel/train/airport transfers.
Halong Bay: The Halong Bay tour was excellent - I would highly recommend you use this company again. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were good, and the meals were excellent.
Trains: The overnight trains were good - my only feedback for your information would be that on the King Express train, it was very difficult to get onto the top berth/bed - there was nothing to step on. On the Livitrans train, there was a step for your foot and a hand-rail to help pull yourself up (I realize this is not in your control and I am not complaining, but I thought it might be useful information for you to know, especially for older guests). Overall though, the King Express train was a little more comfortable (good pillows and mattress), so I do recommend it.
Sapa: Everything was great - the hotel, the homestay, the tour guide.
