The International Travel Expo HCM City 2015 (ITE HCMC) scheduled to kick off on September 10-12 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC), is expected to attract travel operators from other countries - Japan, Brunei, Poland, Turkey, and the Philippines.

The ITE HCMC 2015, themed “Five countries, one destination” aims to fully tap the region’s tourism potential and step up stronger tourism cooperation between Mekong regional countries towards the establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).

The event is predicted to lure more than 25,000 domestic and foreign visitors, up 20-30% from last year’s figure, and about 320 regional and international buyers.

Within the framework of the event, a wide range of activities will be planed, including a seminar introducing key tourism destinations.
