Vietnam to open new seaplane tour
Update: Friday, August 22, 2014

The first two Cessna Grand Caravan EX helicopters of Hai Au Airlines arrived in Noi Bai International Airport in the morning of August 21.
These are  two most modern aircrafts manufactured by the United State’s Cessna Company, purchased by Hai Au Airlines in 2014.

The helicopters provide two seats for pilots and twelve seats for passengers with luxury decoration and large windows for sightseeing at height of 150-3,000 meters on the water surface.

Representatives of Hai Au Airlines said that the airlines would officially open the first aircraft tour from Ha Noi to Ha Long Bay at the beginning of September at the cost of VND five million (USD 250) per person.

The cost will be over VND5 million for the 25 minutes flight and VND7 million per person for the 40 minutes flight on Ha Long Bay.

From September to October, Hai Au Airlines will apply a discount program up to 50 percent for the seaplane service.

At the end of this year, the airlines will continue to expand the service in the southern region, including Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, Binh Thuan, Can Tho, An Giang, Con Dao and Phu Quoc.

The seaplane service promises bringing most comfortable ways for travelers.
