Enjoying the enchanting lanterns of Hoi An

(VOV) - The ancient city of Hoi An is legendary for its very short and narrow streets laid out in a winding crossing chessboard pattern – and silk lanterns, its most famous handicraft.

In the evening, restaurants and shops along the city streets are alit with the glimmer and sparkle of the lanterns creating a vibrant and elegant atmosphere for the World Cultural Heritage site.

Handmade and environmentally friendly, the colourful lanterns come in a wide variety of rich designs, styles, and patterns made of bamboo, wood, metal, silk and paper.
