Bobby Chinn: Cuisine is a strength of Viet Nam tourism
 
 (TITC) – On 4 April, Viet Nam’s tourism ambassador in Europe - Bobby Chinn had a public meeting in the framework of VITM 2015.
 
The meeting had the attendance of Deputy General Director of VNAT Ha Van Sieu; Head of Organizing Board of VITM Ha Noi, Vice Chairman of the Viet Nam Tourism Association Vu The Binh; students, travel businesses, cuisine professionals and press.
 
At the meeting, Bobby Chinn shared his recollection about the early days when he arrived in Viet Nam; his experiences in cooking career; the work he has done for Viet Nam tourism promotion…
 
According to him, Viet Nam has many advantages to promote tourism which include cuisine. Cuisine was also the reason urging him to live in Viet Nam for 20 years.
 
He was impressed by cultural diversity of the country such as traditional markets, unique cuisine, famous dishes  (Banh mi and Pho…).
 
As a Viet Nam’s tourism ambassador in Europe, Bobby Chinn has been trying to promote Viet Nam tourism as much as possible. He stressed cuisine is the shortest way to introduce image of the country to the world and hoped cuisine should be considered as a brand to advertise Viet Nam tourism in the future.
