Unique architecture in Buu Long pagoda
 
 
 Buu Long pagoda, with its famous Gotama Cetiya, is known as an ideal place for sightseeing, photographing and relaxation.  
The pagoda is located on 81 Nguyen Xien Road in Long Binh Ward, District 9, 20km from Ho Chi Minh City’s centre.
 
Buu Long pagoda was built in 1942 and restored in 2007.
 
It has the unique combination of architectural style of India, Myanmar, Thailand and Viet Nam.
 
Gotama Cetiya, the largest of its kind in Viet Nam has three storeys and can house more than 2,000 people at the same time. There is a semi-circle lake in front of the Gotama Cetiya and you can view Dong Nai River from its top.
