Establishing Du Gia National Park - Dong Van Stone Plateau
 
 
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Official dispatch No. 2286/BVHTTDL-DSVH on June 9th, 2015 which was sent to the Government Office on establishing of  Du Gia National Park - Dong Van Stone Plateau, Ha Giang province.
 
 
After receiving the Official Letter No. 3627/ VPCP-KTN on May 20th, 2015 of the Government Office (enclosed Report No.3664/TTr-BNN-TCLN on May 13th, 2015 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development sent to the Prime Minister on the results of the appraisal of projects on establishing National Park Du Gia - Dong Van Stone Plateau in Ha Giang province), the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed to make recommendations on the scheme of establishing National Park Du Gia - Dong Van Stone Plateau in Ha Giang province. After studying the presentation of the Scheme and the draft Decision of the Prime Minister to establish the National Park Du Gia - Dong Van Stone Plateau, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism suggests:
 
Basically, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism supported the establishment of Du Gia National Park - Dong Van Stone Plateau for the sake of the protection and sustainable development of natural resources in accordance with the objectives contained in the presentation of the Scheme and the draft Decision of the Prime Minister. However, before being submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and making decisions, the scheme should be completed in the following contents:
 
In terms of the name: " Du Gia National Park - Dong Van Stone Plateau ", accordingly, the scheme needs to be introduced in details related to places associated with the name of the national park.
 
The scheme should be added with the system to assess the status of historic – cultural sites, landscapes which the culture, sport and tourism sector evaluates, ranks, gets into the inventory and catalogs.
