Nine national relic sites recognised
 
 
An additional nine historical, architectural and archaeological relics nationwide have been listed as national relic sites under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s decision.
 
 
The sites are located in six provinces around the country - Tuyen Quang, Lai Chau, Thai Nguyen, Phu Yen, Long An and Ben Tre.
 
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism recognised three sites in Tuyen Quang province: President Ho Chi Minh’s tent in Lung Tro, Trung Truc commune, Yen Son district; Thuong Temple in Trang Da commune, Tuyen Quang city; and Y La Temple in Y La ward, Tuyen Quang city.
 
Thai Nguyen is home to two national relics, including the place where the General Directorate of Supply - the predecessor of General Department of Logistics - was founded in July 11, 1950, in Thanh Dinh commune, Dinh Hoa district, and the workplace of the General Staff of the Viet Nam People's Army from 1949 to 1954.
 
Four other relic sites were also recognised: the tomb of Dao Tri temple in Xuan Dai ward, Song Cau town, Phu Yen province; the commemorative site of Lawyer Nguyen Huu Tho in Ben Luc town, Ben Luc district, Long An province; the commemorative site of Colonel Pham Ngoc Thao in Ben Tre city, Ben Be province; and Cau May (Cloud Bridge) in Son Binh commune, Tam Duong district, Lai Chau.
