Your trip today will help you have chance to indulge in the endless variety of Vietnamese cuisine. You will take part in a hands-on cooking class and learn about the art of traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter at 9:00 or 15:30, then you will move by Cyclo to local market in Hanoi Old Quarter to prepare for the demonstration. You will learn how to make a number of regional delicacies, such as Banana Flower Salad, spring rolls, and so on. After that you will have time to enjoy delicious dishes that you created in the cooking class. Especially, you also have chance to take a copy of the recipes to do the delicious dishes again in your home. Our guide will take you back your hotel or you walk around Hanoi Old Quarter and return to your hotel by yourself.
