Indochina Junks

Discover Halong bay with Indochina Junks, you will experience to make a unique trip to the less visited area in Bai Tu Long Bay. The whole area of Halong Bay World Heritage site can be divided into Halong Bay center, Bai Tu Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay near Cat Ba island. While Halong bay center is full of tourists now, Bai Tu Long Bay remains a less touristy area.

Our Princess is designed in the style of the traditional sailing boats. It is the first small deluxe one-cabin junk in Halong Bay, promise to be an ideal option for a couple doing romantic honeymoon trip, wedding anniversary or dear friends travelling together.

Prince Junk:

Prince Junk ~ youthful and fun, the family man on the water

The Prince junk was designed after the traditional fishing boats of Halong Bay, only on a slightly smaller scale with either 2 or 4 cabins. In our fleet, we have four Prince Junk:

Prince I has 2 cabins, absolutely suitable for a family of parents and children travelling together, cheering happiness of family in Halong Bay

Prince II and III have similar design and service facilities to accommodate a group up to 8 persons, or couples sharing trips.

Prince IV with 3 cabins provides nice comfortable stay for charter group or family, couple sharing boat.

Red Dragon junk:
Our Red Dragon is complete with five deluxe cabins and 2 decks, designed to resonate with superior class and grandeur. Being larger than Prince and Princess Junk, it is still small enough to get up close to the natural wonders, pocket lagoons and small fishing communities of Bai Tu Long Bay, cruising off the beaten track. The charming Red Dragon Junk is an excellent companion to explore natural beauty and enjoy warm welcome from caring staffs.
This masterpiece is a wonderful option for those who need a little more space for a small group cruise up to 11 people.

Dragon's Pearl junk:

Dragon’s Pearl Junk is the bigger cruise option for group in the Indochina Junk family, there are three Dragon’s Pearl boats which is modeled on the traditional Chinese junks and used to sail in old time.

The boat features 11 cabins, 3 decks with both outside and inside dining area. Each cabin is well decorated in traditional style and modernly equipped for comfortable stay, sea view windows direct you enjoy outside fantastic landscape. The sundeck on top will be a great view to enjoy Bay in sunset and having fun with your friends.

This classic junk is ideal for parties for larger groups (up to 20 people) or even incentive groups. Alternatively book a berth and get to meet new friends as you cruise the bay.

Dragon Legend junk:

Dragon Legend is the newest member of Indochina Junk fleet, proudly marked as the high end product line, there are two ships which will be launched in 2014. Dragon Legend features 24 luxury cabins, 4 decks with both inside and outside restaurants, spa, bar, sundeck area and other entertainment options.

Each spacious cabin is an art of work with traditional decoration and modern facilities, private bathroom including Jacuzzi, big sea view windows. Dragon Legend cruise offers a dramatic public spaces, impressive open air dining and bar that definitely makesense of relaxing trip in the Bay.

Day 1: Hon Gai Harbour – Bai Tu Long Bay – Thien Canh Son Cave (L,D)

07.40 – 08.00 : Pick up at your hotel in Ha Noi by shuttle bus

12.00 – 12.30 : Embark at Hon Gai International harbor.

12.30 – 13.00 : Check-in, enjoy welcome drink & cruise briefing.

13.30 – 15.00 : Have lunch while cruising to magnificent BaiTu Long Bay; admire the fascinating formations on the way.

15.15 – 15.40 : Explore the well- hidden Thien Canh Son Cave.

15.45 – 18:00 : Enjoy relaxing on a white sandy beach at Hon CoIsland, swimming or kayaking.

18:00 – 19.00 : Back to junk for refreshing before having dinner on board.

20.00 – 21.00 : Relax, enjoy fresh air & overnight on board.

Day 2: Vung Vieng Fishing Village – Hon Gai Harbour (B,L)

07.30 – 08.00 : Morning view of Bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast in the fresh air.

08.30 – 09.30 : Visit VungVieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat, meet the local peopleand pass through the floating school and fish farms.

10.00 : Check out of the cabin. Start cruising towards the harbor while an A la carte lunch is served.

11.45 – 12.00 : Disembark. Drive to Yen Duc village in Dong Trieu province.

14.00 – 14.30 : Enjoy water puppet show performed by local artists.

14.45 – 17.30 : Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends.

Day 2: Cap La – Cong Dam – Dinner in Thien Canh Son cave (B,L,D)

08.30 – 09.00 : Start cruising to Cong Dam while discovering geological values of Bai Tu Long Bay.

09.00 – 11.00 : Enjoy kayaking through the hidden lagoons and geological park in Cong Dam. Go swimming in the crystal water.

11.30 – 14.00 : Back to junk for lunch and relaxing.

14.00 – 19.00 : Cruise to Hon Co Island for swimming or kayaking to discover the stunning scenery of the Bay.

19.00 – 21.00 : Explore the well- hidden and have a deluxe dinner in Thien Canh Son cave. Overnight in Cong Do area.

Day 3: Cong Do – Vung Vieng – Hon Gai Harbour (B,L)

08.00 – 08.30 : Enjoy fresh air & gentle breeze of the bay in morning. Have breakfast on board.

08.30 – 09.30 : Visit Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat, meet the local people and pass through the floating school and fish farms.
