Sapa is a frontier town and capital of Sa Pa District in Lào Cai Province in northwest Vietnam. It is one of the main market towns in the area, where several ethnic minority groups such as Hmong, Dao (Yao), Giáy, Pho Lu, and Tay live.
Arrive in Sapa, you can discover the most famous landscapes as Suoi Ho, Matra, Taphin, Black Hmong, Red Dzao, Sapa town, Silver Waterfall, Love Waterfall, Heaven gate, Binh Lu.

Overview

Night 1: Ha Noi – Lao Cai
8:00 Pm – Mini bus pick up from hotel and transfer to Tran Quy Cap train station.
9:05 Pm, train departs for SP1 and 9:50 PM for SP3.

Day 1: Sapa – Suoi Ho – Matra – Ta phin villages – Sapa. (B,L,D)
You have breakfast at the hotel before enjoying tour about 10km by car along the flat road to visit Suoi Ho, Matra and Taphin villages which are inhabited by Black Hmong and Red Dzao tribes. Along the way we can come in some schools as well as tribal houses to have experience of local Sapa life. Moreover, the landscape, culture, custom and tradition of Black Hmong tribe of Suoi Ho and Matra villages are preserved from tourists so you can study the raw things here. Picnic lunch will be served on the way at the home stay in Taphin village before being transported to Sapa by car. You will stay overnight at hotel in Sapa town.

Day 2 : Sapa – Silver Waterfall – Love Waterfall – Heaven gate - Binh Lu - Sapa-Laocai (B,L,D)
Met up at your hotel around 9:30 AM by Sapa local guide and driver then depart for the Silver Waterfall. The Silver Waterfall is located about a half hour from Sapa town which offers stunning views over surrounding mountains and lush forests belonging to Hoang Lien National Park. You are advised to stop by a farm for a cup of tea and talk with people to understand their local life. After that, we are driven to Tram Ton Pass where we will trek 30 minutes through the forest. Along the way, you have chances to see wild flowers. Trekking along the Golden Stream, you will arrive at Love Waterfall. It is the best place for relax in Sapa, returning to Tram Ton Pass. Then we continue our drive uphill to the Heavens Gate, the highest stretch of road in Vietnam as well as the provincial border of Lao Cai and Lai Chau provinces. Enjoy fantastic view over the valley, after that we continue to travel 20 km further to authentically amazing village of Laos and Lu tribes, having lunch at the local restaurant before being walking about 6km to visit this preserved village.
Finally, we are transferred back to Sapa in the late afternoon.
