Children festival 2015 at Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism
 
The children festival 2015 will take place at the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism from May 29th to June 1st to mark the International Children’s Day (June 1st).
 
 
The event will be organized by the Management Board of the Viet Nam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in coordination with the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition, the Cultural Heritage Association of Viet Nam, T80 Friendship School and several primary and secondary schools in Ha Noi.
 
Diverse activities such as an exhibition on Vietnamese and international kites and workshops on kite-making by 15 to 20 artisans; an exhibition on children’s paintings on love for the homeland; Vietnamese traditional games and art performances will be held during the festival.
 
The event aims to popularize ethnic culture and create a useful playground for children, contributing to organize regular activities to meet the increasing demand of tourists.
 
This will be an opportunity to educate children in life skills as well as improve their knowledge and understandings on ethnic culture for children.
